Basil Pesto
4 cups (packed) basil leaves
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts (or walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds)
1/2 cup (scant olive oil
salt to taste

1. Combine in food processor on low to medium until it forms a
smooth paste.
2.Toss with hot drained pasta.
3. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
