Our new high tunnel has allowed us to bring greens to the Winter Troy Farmers' market along with storage carrots, potatoes, beets, squash, shallots and onions. Winter is here! What happened to fall? Crops are planted in the winter greenhouses and we are trying to build another between snowstorms!

Recipes and information on various crops we grow will be made available as we have time. So please visit us at the farmers' market and online often.
